Jack and The Beanstalk

We went to the show. It was called Jack and the Beanstalk. It was funny when he couldn't turn his brain on and when the giant went "Fee Fi Fo Fum!" In the end the giant fell in his own rubbish.

Gymnastics

Each Tuesday and Thursday we do gymnastics. We have been learning how to roll, balance, jump and land correctly. We find some things tricky but we are persevering to get better at them. Here are some photos of us practicing our pencil and forward rolls and balancing on the beam.

Our First Week

What a wonderful start to the week we have had in Room 8! We have been very busy. We are very lucky to have IPADs in our classroom and we have been learning how to play some activities and how to treat them carefully.

 

We have also been practicing reading from our book boxes.

Welcome to Room 8

Room 8 is all set up and ready to go! Mrs Morris and I cant wait to meet all of you this week. I hope you have all had a lovely holiday and are ready for the term. It has been quite cold over the holidays, I have been snuggled up in front of my fire a lot. I wonder what you all got up to over the break, I cant wait to hear all about it. I look forward to see you all at school tomorrow! Don't forget your winter woollies!
